Our first family vacation was a hit! We had so much fun! Spencer was such a great traveler! We were so relieved! We went to a great mining museum in Butte, MT on our way up there. We had beautiful weather the first few days in Coeur d’Alene, ID and enjoyed the beauty around the lake are area up there. One of the days the weather wasn’t so great we drove over to Spokane, WA and spent a few hours there, then drove up to Sand Point, ID which is about 30 miles from the Canadian border. The drive from Coeur d’Alene to McCall is breathtaking! We had lots of fun in McCall. Lots of hiking to do, in fact we climbed almost to the top of a mountain one day–our legs were jelly by the time we got to the bottom! Spencer loved swimming in the pools!
